Digitization of plays (original or in translation) published in 19th century magazines and daily newspapers
The research project was carried out by Ms. Vasiliki Papanikolaou, under the auspices of AUTH Research Committee (Excellence Scholarships Postdoctoral Researcher 2012), in collaboration with the Institute for Mediterranean Studies (IMS) in Rethymnon, a branch of the Foundation for Research and Technology (FORTH). The material was drawn from the archives of IMS, the Digital Library of the Greek Parliament and of the digital collections of Cosmopolis and Pleias of Patras University.
The collection consists of 507 plays (383 full text, 124 excerpts).
